Glitch Art is a web-based tool that allows users to apply digital glitch effects to images. We provide both free and paid services, including credit-based usage and VIP subscriptions.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

Credits: Non-VIP users consume 1 credit per glitch effect application. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.

VIP Membership: VIP members enjoy unlimited glitch effects during their subscription period. VIP subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.

Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the service.

Generated Content: Images with glitch effects applied are yours to use, download, and share.

Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
